While Joomla and Drupal (outside of Wordpress) are the big hitters, there are hundreds of CMS’s out there. I have done the legwork and the research to come across SurrealCMS. This CMS is free, it’s in depth, it’s incredibly simple, and with a simple DIV Tag, it can allow your clients to update their own website without any programming knowledge needed.
